Many patients with wobbly cash dentures can be helped with mini implants quickly and inexpensively to fixed dentures.

The denture is attached to the small, thin (< 3 mm) dental implants via a type of push button and can be removed for cleaning as usual. The minimally invasive implant placement is done without scalpel, sutures and bone augmentation with only the smallest possible injuries to skin and soft tissue. This reduces pain and swelling as well as the risk of infection immensely.

The self-tapping threads of the mini dental implants are screwed directly into the jawbone with a small torque spanner and can be immediately loaded with a denture, an enormous gain in quality of life.
