My wife and me has announced to come months ago. We had a great sales
service by Ismail. When we came into the clinic, we were a bit surprised
that we have waited for two hours before the dentist has announced us to
start. The first dentist room on the first floor was definitely fine. We
have started to see what we can do and what is possible. To this time
everything was fine and we have agreed on six dental crowns, one dental
implant and bleaching for both. 30 minutes later we were announced to come
into the second floor and the horror scenario began. No hygienic rooms, no
displays to show the x-ray pics pics were shown by private mobile phones of
dentistsnurses, very old technical equipment and very incompetent nurses.
We had in total 9 days and they have told us to finish everything in five
days. On the last day we were still on fixing the dental crowns because of
incompetent dentist. Until the last minute the employees were not
interested in the healthiness and success of our needs. Everything was gone
very fast and everybody were just interested to go home. It was a real
disaster.

During our sessions we had many discussions with the sales manager ATAKAN
and the accountant. Nobody of them accept any critical points. Nobody of
them were outside of Turkey to understand what we have mentioned. The
standard for a Turkish clinic was very bad and not acceptable.

In conclusion I can tell you that the clinic of Pertev Kökdemir is a
disaster without any good recommendation. The dentists in the clinic are
very young and have not the knowledge of an European dentist. During our
sessions we have decided to stop the work on the dental implant as the
hygienic system was not given. In addition we are not satisfied with the
work as the crowns are still waggle. The bleaching was a blamage as they
have burned my gum...

It looks that Mr. Kökdemir is changing the employees every time as we have
meet some old clients in the clinic and they have told us that team two
years ago was a total different one.

I had a difficult bite that needed adjustments, so at first I was surprised tı
the size of the teeth but my translator mohamed Ali had a nice talk with me
and calmed me down and explained everthing. I am ver satisfied of him
assistance during the procedure and also the doctors patience.. Thank you!

THE PROCESS WAS WERY FOOD, STAFF WAS WERY FRIENDLY, STAFF HAS ALWAYS TAKEN ME
IN TIME AND THE DRIVER TOO. THEY EXPLAIN ME ALL PROCESS AND I WAS HAPPY THAT

The whole process went very smoothly. I had to come back 4 months later to
finish my treatment and to touch up my front tooth as well. They answered all
of my questions and acted accordingly Im a ver happy customer!

I hear from friends and colleges about this dentist Praxis since being here I
ve ha 3 appointments. With regardo to traitment. I have had, 1 root canal, 2
crouns filled, 3 fillings and a professional clean. The treatment was great
and pain price. I truely commend the staff here for being friendliy and
professional.

i have used this dental protise for 4 year and each time have found the staft
exvrendy professionel and helful.They clearly explain every procdure and the
patients confort is a prionity at ay times.The prenuses is spotiess and the

I was very satisfied with my treatment here and with results. The doctors spoke good enough english, that they could communicate well, which is important as i hardly speak any turkish. I would happily recommend this dental practice.

4 years ago, my dentist pulled out the last one of my own teeth and I got a full denture. Unluckily this denture which had to be cheap was one that wasn’t fixed in the mouth but that I could take out easily. When I was young, I loved to eat fresh vegetables like carrots but also buttered corn and the like, stuff that your teeth get stuck in. But as my teeth got worse with time, I couldn’t eat them anymore, which I pitied a lot. Later then, with my first denture I tried it once, which made for a very shameful moment.

Then I was told by my neighbour about this dental clinic in Turkey. So everything was arranged with the clinic office and I went there for a set of new teeth.

I must say, I didn’t expect it to be so good, but I must admit that I was overwhelmed. It is like having so many years back. I can bite and I can chew and I can whistle again. They didn’t give me only a great set of teeth. They gave me back a big piece of my youth.

Some years ago I had an accident in which I broke off three of my front teeth. I had some crowns put on what had remained of my theeth, but the dentist didn’t do it well. Since then I felt a permanent pressure when I ate which made eating no fun. But then I was told of this clinic in Istanbul, and as I had already been on holiday in Turkey, I thought that it was a great way to combine my holidays with a new treatment. So now I have come back from my trip to the clinic where I had a some veneers applied, and my teeth feel all natural again. I love going out for dinner again, and it just makes me happy.

I always had spaces between my teeth and during the last years my teeth turned more and more yellow. So I began feeling embarrassed when I wanted to smile. I became insecure.

Now I’m back from that clinic after a 10 day journey. Dr. Kökdemir is an excellent dentist with a lot of experience and a very friendly person.

My new front teeth have been treated with really good looking veneers for a fraction of the price I would have paid in the UK.

I’m very happy now that I can smile openly again and want to thank Dr. Kökdemir for giving me that feeling of self confidence.

i don't know exactly how to write everything i want to say, but the dental clinic ist absolutely clean and very beautiful. i've often heard that turkish people are kind, but this was more than i had expected!
Dr. kökdemir and his members of staff are very polite and always pay attention to the fact that each one feels fine!

Mister Kökdemir is a lovely person and also a very good dentist.
This is a good composition. The hospital is very clean and has a friendly ambiance. The staff is really intently and courteous.
The Price is compared to the UK really cheap, so I had the facility to make sight seeing in Istanbul and by the way I still saved money!!!
