Anna N.private patient / Age: 25 - 50 wrote on 29.09.2011: Be ware!!! This is the worth dentist ever! His goal is to get as much money out of you as possible, unqualified, bad results or no results at all, very rude, and negligent. I came in to get a filling (bonding), he and his wife, who runs the office for him, convinced me into having treatments that I didn_t need. For example, tooth straigtening while I had perfectly good teeth and couldn_t even see what exactly needs to be straigtened except for minor problem with 2 teeth. Half way through the treatment turns out that in order to straiten these 2 teeth, he needs to file the enamel on my teeth! When I tell him - I don_t want to damage my teeth - he drops me as a patient and sends a bill as if he completed the treatment. And that was over EUR 1,000 (even thought the estmated cost of the entire procedure with straigt teeth was EUR 600). So, now I am EUR 1,000 lighter, see no change in my teeth. some imaginary procedure.
Then, his wife - who has no mdecial education or license, did bonding for me on the front teeth- the result was just awful- I even cried. When she asked whether I like the result, I told her very politely that I would like it to be corrected. They refused, they told me that I don_t understand what good dental work is and theirs is good. Well, if I was not allowed to not like it, why did they even ask?! Because it was on the top front teeth, I had to go to another doctor to redo this. Of course, they charged me for it. So, I ended up paying twice.
They did tooth whitening, EUR 800, I had very bad problem with exposed root, I told him about that many times, he failed to do anestesia on the area, he didn_t want to ut a filling on the root b_c I asked him to guarantee that the fillings will stay for at least one year. Of course, during the procedure I experience excruciating pain - imagine you have bleach on the part of the tee that have no enamel! The procedure is stopped half way through, and of course they charge me for the entire procedure! I tried to negotiate with them the bill, they did not respond and simply filed a lawsuit against me.
Also, if you try to change an appointment, his wife (menopausing bitch) will give you really hard time about it, like as if you are not paying a fortune to them but they are doing you a huge favor.
Also, their personel is not experienced and they are learning on you, so you are paying for being they experiment material. This is seriously the worse dentist and the worse customer service I ever received from dentists!
